The Iya Area, an unexplored region surrounded by the high peaks of the Shikoku Mountains (ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 meters), the deep and rugged Oboke-Koboke Gorge, and the Yoshinogawa River, a symbol of Tokushima Prefecture, are the major attractions in the Geopark.
